Once again, I find my self part of a fan based effort to promote one of WVU's players in an Unofficial Heisman Campaign web site. As I did afew years back, with Pat White, a team of dedicated and loyal WVU fans will be working on a grass roots effort to promote Noel in this year's race.

MISSION:
A fan organized and run effort to promote Noel Devine's accomplishments and abilities in order to generate or increase national attention or “buzz” surrounding Noel’s prevalent past and current role on the WVU football team. Also to serve as a hub for all those interested in finding more information about him and his qualifications (both past and as they develop throughout the season) for Heisman candidacy (background, stats, video, pictures, achievements)
