We’re a beer family, and beer is our business. For over 50 years, Reid’s Distributor serves restaurants, grocery stores, bars, and businesses in the Eastern Panhandle of West Virginia. Just 70 miles from Washington DC and Baltimore, our territory’s interstates, highways, and back roads transport a quarter of a million thirsty folks on a daily basis between the tri-state area.

It helps us celebrate life’s important moments. It compliments the finger foods of family gatherings and helps us cheer (or lament) the performance of our favorite football teams. It truly is the beverage of the people, and whether it makes its way to you by bottle, can, or keg, beer is an essential part of the way America celebrates, and we play a part in getting it to your lips.

Our operation started when Paul Reid, set out in pursuit of the American dream of business ownership in 1963. His beer distributorship was joined by his son, Kim, in 1976 and more currently, Kim’s sons. All molded from different types of clay, they continue to grow the three counties in the Eastern Panhandle of WV.

Consistency and dependability for all accounts. The philosophy of service established by the founding Reid continues to be the guiding principle of the business to this day. Service is the underlying driver behind every action taken by the Reid’s and their staff. As part of a three-tier system in WV, we the wholesaler, have to provide the greatest level of service. “Detail in retail” means that we have to do more than just deliver product.
